1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Green Routine learning platform, including course access, quizzes, certificates, payments, and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are inaccurate, inactive, or used in a way that violates these terms.

3. Courses and certificates

Course content is licensed for your personal learning use. You may not copy, share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials unless we give written permission. Certificates are issued only after the applicable completion requirements are met and may be revoked if they were obtained through misuse.

4. Payments

Paid courses are billed through our payment processor. Prices, taxes, and availability may change. Access to a purchased course is granted after successful payment. Refunds, if offered, follow the refund policy communicated at checkout or in later written notice from Green Routine.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting services, submitting harmful content, cheating on assessments, or infringing intellectual property. We may remove content or restrict access to protect learners, instructors, and the platform.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, course catalogs, and these terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform and course content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Routine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on course materials.
